Lettuce looks like it's old, borderline rotten, not to mention it's shitty iceberg in the first place. Preshredded "Cheese style product" is absolute garbage. Other than that, looks alright.

for a buck, it's amazing. I'd probably swap the cream sauce and the shredded cheez for nacho cheese sauce.

As for the question, nothing. It serves its purpose as a taco bell dollar item and anything more would just jack up the price. After awhile it would get to the point where you should just buy a better tostada in the first place.
