I made some veggies, ground turkey, and quinoa in the slow cooker but accidentally left it on the high setting for way too long (10 hours). What resulted is a mushy paste that tastes kind of like vegetable soup.
It doesn't taste bad but the texture isn't so good. What's the best way to make use of it? I was thinking veggie meatballs or veggie patties, but I'm unsure if I need to add ingredients so they can stick together.
