Each has their merit but if I've got a hangover then an Ulster Fry does it for me.
Fuck the IRA.

>t. anglo

The potato bread, lad. Fucking lovely.
>>9205249
That's not breafast, that's a dinner for 4.
>>9205250
smaller versions and occasionally only. you americans don't eat eggs, toast, bacon, home fries every day, do you?
>>9205281
Looks like a shitty hashbrown tbqh
>>9205311
Only 2-3 times a day really
>>9205249
maybe if you toss out the baked beans, the various meats, chips and the eggs and replaced them by cheeses, or jam and butter. I can't help it I'm continental as fuck.
>>9205427
sounds like you're just gay as fuck
>>9205438
it's not like my pic is helping my case, either.

Definitely Ulster.
>>9205282
Maybe if you don't work with your hands
>>9205871
Do you really do this lol that's like days worth of calories
No wonder you fattest in Europe
>>9205871
Pop corn? Really?
>>9205249
About as English as you can get, but I do like some white pudding and potato farl.
>>9205919
A regular full breakfast is only 800-900 cal.
It's less than 2 McChickens and a coke.
>>9206187
popcorn chicken actually
>>9206238
That's lot for breakfast fatty
>>9206328
Not really, maybe for you but not everyone. I exercise daily, I'm tall, and only eat breakfast and dinner. 900 calories wouldn't even be half of what I should be getting in a day.
>>9206328
Nope, a recommended minimum of calories is 1500 a day. And it is if you are normal weight and don't want to go skinnier
>>9206508
Nah m8 just 15 cm taller than the average Pole
