I dislike buying premade meals and I've been trying to cut back a little bit on carbs and sugary shit, so just sandwiches/toast/rice/ramen is now out of the question.
What are some really quick, (preferably 'healthy') filling meals or snacks you eat? I'll post a few of mine
Microwave up a can of tuna in a bowl and add whatever sounds good
Cheese, mayo, frozen or fresh veggies
Surprised how long that keeps me full. If I'm super lazy, I'll eat it cold from the can with hot sauce.
If you want to carb it up, I guess eat it with crackers or pasta.
Greek yogurt + peanut butter
Hard boiled egg + avocado
Microwave a shitload of frozen spinach and add feta
Broccoli + cheese
Found out I really like raw zucchini. Dipping slices of it in hummus is great
Cheese and salami/prosciutto goes a long way for me.
Egg salad is pretty easy to make/ easy for meal prep
Raw cucumber and romaine work as bread substitutes for sandwiches.

Cock. I try to mix and up and get a healthy variety of cock. Vegan cock is obviously the better way to go and tastes way fresher then carnivores, so where you get your cock matters. Also the age of the cock plays a HUGE role in the salty/savory notes. But just suck as many as you can and figure out what you like best. Practice makes perfect.
