So I just flew into Ireland today to visit family, and I'm just wondering if any Irish co/ck/s can help tell me what are some good restaurants to go to in the Galway and Dublin areas? Also if someone can tell me some good local alcohol besides Guiness that'd be cool too.

I can help people who are visiting NYC and if anyone else is traveling feel free to post similar questions if anyone else can help them

Fellow NY'er who has been to Dublin a couple times. Here's what I got:
DO go have a drink at the Brazen Head, but do NOT eat there - it is a tourist trap and the food is awful. DO try an Irish breakfast - Irish bacon and white pudding are fucking delicious. The Morgan does a good Irish breakfast.
