I can't find whole milk yogurt anywhere these days, it pisses me off.
I don't even eat the shit straight, I needed it for recipes.
But to answer op, yeah, I think.
Fat stigma is going away and with it the point to low fat yogurt.
Myself, I try to limit my dairy intake anyways. In dishes I have no issues, but straight whole milk makes me a bit gassy.
