>mum knows I like pulled pork
>sees guy at store bbqing pork
>buys some and gives it to me
problem is the pork doesn't have a glaze and seems to be undercooked is there a way to fix it? It's cooked, but far from soft, my mum probably bought it a couple hours before they should have sold it
is there a way to fix it? can I put it in a slow cooker at 225 for a couple hours to soften it up, then have a bunch of apple and bbq sauce?
Its fucked. Theres no way to tenderize pork thats already cooked. Youll just end up drying it out. Just slather it in mustard and chow down.

this wrong. add some water inside the slow cooked and some bbq sauce and apple and black pepper and maybe salt if you want. them all that water and steam tenderize it. i use slow cookers to make pulled bbq frequently

enough water to cover it btw. you can add more bbq when you pull it out and dry it off. the amount in the slow cooker kinda acts like a marinade

Roasted pork loin is isn't supposed to have the texture / consistency of pulled pork. You are supposed to eat it with a knife and fork.
Thank your mom for thinking of you!
