And so on. It's fucking asinine. Whenever I'm at a restaurant, I will always have to get up at some point and blow my goddamned stupid nose in the men's room.

If your eyes aren't also tearing up, then the moisture was there in the nose all along. Try decongesting, from a saline wash like Sinu-Rinse to Simply Saline, to keeping things clear in there from the anti-inflammatory of Flonase, to a daily Allegra or Allegra-D.
If your eyes are tearing, then this is a natural food reaction to something like chile peppers, or steam in the food. Think chicken soup steam and hot chilies. If the symptoms are after common food allergies like mayo w/ eggs, dairy like after a glass of it, then get tested.
