how do i make frank n beans /ck/?
You can do it put your back into it
>>9189949
no seriously
do i just mix franks and beans and cook them?
>>9189961
dude. not just that, you can add some molasses to enhance the flavor. maybe a touch of bbq sauce. canned frank n beans have sugar, tomato sauce, maybe a little garlic and onion powder.
>>9189967
there are no canned frank and beans here
i figured tomato sauce is always good, ive good some to spare
maybe just put in some diced onions instead of powder?
>>9189985
yeah that would be fine. i forgot a little black pepper. if a sauce its red its usually tomato based, exception being red chili sauces

they are chili sauce beans, but the sauce is paprika based according to the can
i guess ill drain it and make the beans in a a cup of tomato sauce with your tips
thank you

Hmm, that should work. A little bit of chili/paprika flavor wouldnt kill anybody.
>>9190049
it will take me a few hours since i have to do some shit first though, but i promise to post results then

Franks, beans and a bunch of ketchup and mustard in equal ratio
Started with onions sliced and diced sautéd in butter
>>9190234
didnt have any mustard at home, went without it
>>9190477
next up is beans and tomato sauce
>>9190483
spices i had ready were
black pepper
a pinch of cayenne
some oregano
cumin
pinch of all purpose broth
hot paprika
salt
the tiniest splash of cream
>>9190488
the finished product kinda looks like diarrhea, but basically tastes like chili with more franks instead of minced meat and veggies
tastes pretty good
>>9190495
Hey, if it tasted ok thats what matters. Surprised you used oregano. Frank's n beans isn't known for a bittersweet savory taste. And that mustard suggestion was weird.

oregano and cumin tends to be nice with meat based dishes
so i figured i couldnt go wrong
thanks for the tips
