In the bay area there are "Vietnamese Deli's"
They serve sandwhichs, springs rolls, BBQ, steam table, boba and other viet fast food (mainly in plastic wrap) they are called delis to avoid being called a restaraunt, and stay under grocery store classifications for Styrofoam use etc.
