Ill start with Asian sweet and sour fish soup.
Balance taste of crunchy, salty, sour and sweet.

Yeah last month or two we made some homemade Vietnamese sour soup (Canh chua) with pineapple, tomato, and shrimp.
Really delicious as breakfast on a summer morning, felt great.
