Be careful of ordering blood, it's not a popular dish and they don't sell a lot of it. That means the blood is often not fresh.

I gotta place several miles from here that can hook me up. First time I tried the real Chinese deal. Mine was pork kidney stir fry. And they didn't skimp on the spices. A little eye opening at far as (Insert Joey WOO-WOOO! Here) but nothing I could not handle.

The only beef I have NA chinese food is the over volume of veggies. If a dish's name is "kidney" in China, it's 90% kidney and 10% using veggies as garnish. In NA, it's like 50/50 if you get lucky.
