How do you make recipes online?

He's good. I like that he's not a complete purist on a lot of dishes, and isn't above subbing in something common for something obscure (Though he will generally tell you the "proper" ingredients). His style of instruction is very laid back (It should look sort of like this/use about this much but more or less is cool/you should chill this overnight but it's not absolutely necessary) which I think is useful to new cooks. People generally over instruct with cooking when it's, for the most part, pretty lax in exactness of quantities, cook times, and so on. Pretty good variety too.
