looks bomb. i always try to add some okra to my ramen. bolsters the sauce and has a very very subtle pepper flavor. too much and its mucous though

I usually throw out the seasoning and use the noodles for beef stir fry because I am too lazy to use real rice noodles

looks bomb, though. i like to scramble an egg into the broth like op's pic, and add a slice of processed cheese. its especially uma delicia with bok choy fried in sesame oil

Drain noodles. Discard flavor packet. Soy sauce + sweet soy + sriracha + dried thai chilis + garlic + ginger + sesame oil + curry powder + scrambled eggs + crispy fried onions on top

Did you have a deployment to South Korea?
I use Shin. I like to add a scrambled egg, dehydrated veggies (carrots, zucchini, and green onion), roast pork, bok choi (if I have it which isn't often) or broccoli, and 2 slices of cheese.
