I've always liked baking chocolate the most.

Granted, I was born unable to taste bitterness. I would have made a terrible caveman. As it is, I just eat an unusual amount of green vegetables because they all taste very sugary, and I have a massive sweet tooth.

Aye. I've been told that bitterness is an important component in food to balance other flavor profiles, so perhaps it's also good that I haven't noticed owning any "bliss point" for sugar or richness. More just equals better.

Perhaps when I'm older. But aren't most people supposed to lower their bliss point before they're in their mid 20's? Perhaps it is another broken thing.
