Would a 12qt be large enough for canning or should I go for a 16qt?
is the image shown 12qt? because that's going to do any home cook fine

I asked because I didn't see images showing a good relative size comparison

For canning, go for the 16.
Bigger is better.

i have a 24 quart for canning
you can always under fill a large pot but you can't overfill a small one

You're going to die from botulism if you attempt high pH/non-pickle canning.

You can use your pressure cooker for water bath canning of high acidic foods
just don't use the gauge or weighted rocker and it won't pressurize.

pressure cooker =/= pressure canner
stop being fake news
