Room temp ketchup is best ketchup. I learned this when I was overseas, during the gulf war. My GF sent me a bottle of Heinz of a joke, because I talked about how bland the food was. It lasted. It was great. I love ketchup and I married that woman.

What restaurant puts bread in the fridge? I've known places that freeze excess bread, but never fridge it.

To answer op, you don't fridge bread. It actually makes it sp0il and stale faster. Best way to keep bread is in a paper bag, or a bread box. Or freezer it and toaster thaw slices as nessicary.

Bread like Pepperidge Farm's because it will last forever, no.

Bakery bread that might get moldy after a few days, yes.
