Why not make a good sauce rather than cloning shit-tier ones?

For BBQ sauce? Absolutely.
For copying sauce from a fast food joint? No, that doesn't interest me at all. I don't see the point in spending effort to duplicate something that was shitty to begin with.

I take that as a no then.
12 cups? Na fuck you

Kudos on attempting to make something. I've never had a mcrib, but your recipe looks sickeningly sweet. You're probably the kind of guy who likes a sweet pizza sauce. If that's your thing, great, but quite frankly it makes me retch.

Marinara
7lb 4oz tomato purée
9 tblsp of my home-made green pesto
6 tblsp of ground garlic in olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 oz onion powder.
I do the same and make large batches and freeze in pints. We make a lot of bread and pizza.
Alfredo sauce
8 oz whole whipping cream
2 tblsp minced garlic in oil
2 tblsp dried parsley
1 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup mozzarella
2 tblsp butter
2 tblsp olive oil
Medium heat skillet add the butter and the olive oil. Once butter clarifies add minced garlic and slightly brown. Then add the whipping cream, constantly stir and allow it to simmer. Slowly add in the cheeses while whisking. Add in parsley once thickened.
