Saltine Crackers

Saltines and Graham Crackers are my old man snacks of choice. Saltines are good on their own, but if I can afford it, I like to get a block of cheddar and put a slice of it between two crackers.

I'm slightly over the line for "overweight" as far as BMI goes, but I keep pretty active. I usually bike at least 50 miles a week and do the occasional set of pushups and pullups when I'm feeling it once or twice a day.

From a habit i developed as a kid, I still loooooooove eating saltines with a glass of milk. So simple, but so comfy. Also, I go old school with my chili and add crumbled saltines, cheese, and crushed chile pequins to my bowl of red.
I eat all kinds of crackers, but satines are a staple, like eggs, bread, milk, etc.

I love plain saltines. I get the lightly salted ones though. Sometimes the regular ones are too salty. Diet Coke is a terrible accompaniment though. Better to have water, seltzer water, wine or beer.

I fucking love eating them plain though, and can easily get through a pack in one sitting (if said sitting is like an hour or more).

I also really enjoy pigging out on rye crispbread.
