Cold cheese sandwiches with lots of vegetables and vinegar. Macaroni salad with hard-boiled egg. Fruit. Salads with veg and egg/cheese/nuts/creamy dressing to be filling but still refreshing and cooling. Peanut butter sandwiches. Cereal, usually some kind of flake cereal with soaked instant oats, walnuts, optional sweetener.
