I'm honestly more upset by how much water is on the lettuce than anything else. Retarded-ass plating aside, it's pretty standard not to serve salads with soaking wet lettuce.

That dressing looks fatty and there could be bugs and dirt hiding in that lettuce. I don't mind grabbing a head from the market and eating it as-is without even a rinse, but I wouldn't serve it to someone else without separating the leaves.

Nuts/seeds in dressing is good. Extracted fats and dairy are not.
