This is my experience. I stay away from seafood at buffets though since I'm flyover, but every time the food is okay and I'm satisfied with my experience. It's not amazing, but for the price, selection, and quality it honestly is hard to do better outside of an actual sit-in.

Buffets basically came from Sweden. Most buffets aren't that good but I've found a few good local ones. I hope you can find one that you enjoy.
