Stop eating sugar
>>
did someone mention sugar?
>>
buy some aspartame.
>>
You gotta go keto for a couple weeks to break the addiction.
If you think you're not addicted to high amounts of sugar, watch how sick you get when you quit it cold turkey, your body will do some weird shit.
Go ask the niggas at /fit/ if you're interested in trying it.

Grow up you fat fuck and stop eating it. Wow, that was hard.
>>
You could buy a sweetener? Be sure to buy one that isn't going to effect your blood chemistry. I think Stevia is a good one? I dunno I quit cold turkey.

Drink shit tonnes of water, too.

Not this, OP
Aspartame could be a potential neurotoxin (google it yourself)
If you still want to consume it, go ahead, just wanted to warn you and anyone else who is eating this

Just educate yourself about the effects of sugar on your body and you could find yourself stronger in limiting your intake or omitting it altogether instead of the usual "I'm on a diet" mentality

"Over the long term, regular sugar consumption actually changes the gene expression and availability of dopamine receptors in both the midbrain and frontal cortex. Specifically, sugar increases the concentration of a type of excitatory receptor called D1, but decreases another receptor type called D2, which is inhibitory. Regular sugar consumption also inhibits the action of the dopamine transporter, a protein which pumps dopamine out of the synapse and back into the neuron after firing.
In short, this means that repeated access to sugar over time leads to prolonged dopamine signalling, greater excitation of the brain’s reward pathways and a need for even more sugar to activate all of the midbrain dopamine receptors like before. The brain becomes tolerant to sugar – and more is needed to attain the same “sugar high.”

So while you could be suffering from sugar withdrawal for a while, it's better in the long run than to continue your consumption of sugar and needing more and more of it as time goes on

And of course, just because you're not taking straight sugar doesn't mean you're not taking it from other processed foods so read your labels (but this is pretty common knowledge)

Idk how you consume most of your sugar, but for me it's always been junk food like cookies and chocolate bars (and ice-cream, etc. etc.)

I just don't boy that stuff anymore, then I'm not tempted if it's not in the house. I still get cravings from time to time but I try to ride them out. I drink water with lemon or orange slices, as that ends up tasting slightly sweet. Herbal teas/tisane/whatever (like stupid fruity mixes from David's Tea) can help too.

If you put sugar in your tea and coffe, and seriously can't stop, then get an artificial sweetener, or don't keep sugar at home.

Fruit and veggies for snacks help with that too.

Lastly, distract yourself with something if you get a craving. Go for a walk, listen to music, watch something, play vidya, write, draw, anything. Hell, if it gets really bad and you're out of ideas, just get on the floor and 20 pushups. Getting active always works for me, like a sort of cognitive dissonance, because if I'm exercising then I have to stop being a fat fuck who wants to shove sweets in their mouth.

It gets easier over time, actually. The first few weeks were really bad but now I find myself hardly thinking about eating junk anymore.

You have to ween yourself off of it. Try to savor when you do eat it for a long time before swallowing. Spend time looking at it, smelling it, and take small bites. Eat a small amount of high quality sweets instead of dragon dildo size snicker bars from the gas station.

Eat a bunch of raw garlic
three cloves or so, either mince it, mash it, press it, or just chew it up in your mouth and wash it down with water

a lot of the sugar cravings people get come from candida albicans overgrowth in the gut
raw garlic murders candida (better than any medication you can buy prescription or otc) while leaving "good" bacteria unaffected.

You will need sugar no matter what. And everything today has loads of sugar so its impossible to contain it. The key is finding substitutes. I have peanut butter and celery sticks, low sugar but still tastes sweet. Believe it or not, kidney and garbonzo beans also have a sweet kind of taste and also very low sugar. Just rinse them to wash off any excess sugar they put it, and chill them.

But there will be times when you want it no matter what meme diet or some wannabe adonis on 4chan says. Since its hot as fuck, almost 100+ a day, ive been having more ice cream lately. And on 4th of july i got some delicious pumpkin chocolate chip cookies from ralph and ate the whole thing in 3 days. Still 120 pounds
