Learning Japanese isn't terribly hard. The language structure is simple enough, however the composition is pretty different from what native English speakers are used to, so I found that as the biggest hurdle. Just be patient.

When you sweat you don't just sweat out water, you also sweat out electrolytes which are a type of salt. Potassium chloride is one of them, sodium chloride (table salt) is another. Also glucose (sugar) is in sports drink in order to ease absobtion in the gut and provide some extra energy. For a recipe an more elaboration:

>recipe in short for every litre of water 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of potasium chloride, 1/2 tablespoon of sodium chloride

Hey anon. I buy a gallon of water, right? I dump out 32 oz and put in 32 oz of Powerade I pick up at the shopette for 89 cents. What would be the ratio I need for this beverage?

The orange mango is top notch, I definitely prefer it to Gatorade.
