This recipe seems fine, although most coleslaw recipes have celery seed and this recipe doesn't have it. I'm not sure if KFC uses celery seed in their coleslaw.

Very common salad in Bulgaria. Usually consists of shredded cabbage and carrots (proportions vary, but suffice it to say, it should be too sweet), salt, maybe pepper, vinegar and oil.
