I have rice flour, cornflour (cornstarch for americans), glutinous rice flour and potato flour (potato starch for americans).

What proportions should I mix these in for a flour substitute?

Depends on what you're using it for. If you're trying to make bread it won't work, if you're just breading something to fry it then use the regular rice flour, if you're thickening something you can use any of them.

Was for pajeon, Korean pancakes. I just did a roughly 1:1:1 ratio of potato flour, rice flour and cornflour and then cut that with the glutinous rice flour in a 3:1 ratio mix to glutinous. Worked out well.
