I have half of a smoked ham leftover which I've been slicing for sandwiches but now I have no wraps or bread. The ham is extremely salty so mixing it with bread and vegetables was working but now I'm wondering what to make with it.
I have rice, but everything is basically suggesting if I don't have beans, peas, or cheese then I'm shit out of luck. I also have an onion, half of a red cabbage, some bell peppers, a few eggs, and carrots.
Anyone have any neat ideas surrounding these items?

Your pic isn't ham. It's a formed loaf injected with sodium and chemicals and then tumbled. Nice corporate pig slop for your trough.

pork + shredded cabbage/onion/carrot is a pretty common dish. steam or bake the vegetables in a covered dish and just warm up the ham to serve with it. avoid cooking the ham too long, especially if you do it in a frying pan, because that'll make it saltier by removing moisture.
