Bit of Worcester sauce, an egg, onions that have been previously cooked, an egg if you want, sometimes I add a little italian seasoning too.

It isn't necessary. The 80/20 salt&pepper guy knows exactly what's up. Also make sure you toast the inside of the hamburger buns. That brings the burger to top tier. Onions in the meat ain't a terrible idea. Experiment and shit, figure out what you like most.
