its easy

500gram fine bulgur (couscous works perfectly fine as well) cover with warm water and let it soak with a lid on
boil 3-4 potatoes medium sized
sautee finely chopped onions in butter until translucent
mixture of 50g tomato paste and 50g paprika paste
juice of two lemons
mix it all together with the bulgur/couscous adding oil continously. Add two tablespoons of your pimegrante vinegar

Season with a good heap of smoked paprika, some cumin, salt and pepper.

I think it tastes a lot better after it was in the fridge for two hours, but you can eat it right away.

Serve with sliced lemon, pomegrante concentrate on fresh salad leafs
