I scraped this sludge out of my deep fry setup after only one fry. Wtf, this shit looks like bile from a cancerous liver. I went ahead and used it a second time but it seems fucking dangerous.
Do you reuse oil for frying?

These guys do. They've been doing it for the past 105 years.

Where can I get a stove with purple induction pads?
>>9129920
Some shitty cameras have the pads show up as purple. Just a thing.
I want to know about the bowl.

It's just one of those cheapass Chinese ceramic pieces of shit that look pretty cool and you buy at walmart for cheap but break if you breathe hard on them. I've got 2 left from a set of 4 I bought 2 years ago.

What did you fry? What kind of oil? I reuse peanut oil, but sometimes I just fry in a somewhat shallow pan with soybean oil and I don't bother saving that. As a rule you can reuse oil longer if you don't put any meat in it.
I put a coffee filter over a funnel and pour my oil back into a bottle that I only use for frying. it's usually good for 3 times at least. if you're frying stuff with flour on it try to shake off any loose flour before you put it in.

I've had my current deep fryer for about 15 years and I've never changed the oil. Just top it off once in a while and use a strainer to keep the shit out of the bottom.

Does it take like 6 hours for a quart to pass through?
