Rabbit meat is very lean. But that does that have to do with losing weight?
If you want to lose weight, skip breakfast and lunch and sustain yourself with coffee and water until dinner.
What about just eating less.

>he thinks eating X food will let him lose weight
retard
you can literally eat mcchikens for your entire life and still lose weight.
>inb4 not healthy
That is not the point of my post. The point was calories in calories out.

It isn't actual starvation, it's ammonia intoxication.
You could eat less lean meat with some added fat and probably do fine though.
That's basically what I do. Lots of diabetics do it because it helps lower insulin levels.

This diet lacks essential fatty acids. You will die or leave your organs permanently damaged. Consider doing reasonable things such as cutting added sugars, low-carb/keto, counting calories, and exercising. Outright starvation or denying essential macronutrients is retarded.

I lost 100 lbs on the rabbit and wine diet

thats because at the time those rabbits were also starving so they had no fat on them

Radical weigh loss idea: Get up and take a walk every day.
OP, do you mean eating rabbit meat and drinking wine in addition to what you already eat?
Because that will make you gain weight.
Do you mean instead of? Then you'll probably die, which I'm sure you could discern based on the article you read.
Have you considered just eating what you currently do, just in lesser amounts?
Count calories, and eat under your BMR.

Cal In -vs- Cal Out
Eat 1500
Burn 2500
Net loss 1000 calories
Estimated 1 lb of weight is 3500 calories
Lose 1 lb every 3.5 days and in 3 months you'll have lost 25 lbs
This isn't rocket surgery.
