Does eating rabbit meat and drinking wine for a month or two makes you lose weight?. i read a article about explorers that starved to death for eating only rabbit meat.

Rabbit meat is very lean. But that does that have to do with losing weight?

If you want to lose weight, skip breakfast and lunch and sustain yourself with coffee and water until dinner.

It isn't actual starvation, it's ammonia intoxication.
You could eat less lean meat with some added fat and probably do fine though.
That's basically what I do. Lots of diabetics do it because it helps lower insulin levels.

Do you mean instead of? Then you'll probably die, which I'm sure you could discern based on the article you read.

Have you considered just eating what you currently do, just in lesser amounts?

Count calories, and eat under your BMR.
