I'm trying to perfect the art of eating well with sprouts.

I tried making hummus but it tasted funky but I had the idea of making garlic aoli and mixing it in.

Anyways tips on making a homemade garlic aoli.

And sprouted hummus tips and tricks?

Just make traditional allioli - oil and garlic. It doesn't need anything else, no eggs, nothing.

Commercially sold edible raw bean sprouts goes through several steps of sanitation to kill bacteria.

If you grow them in your home OP, be prepared to get either the runs or food poisoning.

Beans soaked in lukewarm water is a hot bed for bacterial growth.
