I'm actually interested in how they select the contestants. You can get tickets to the actual restaurant while it's filming a year in advance but how do they select the 'chefs'

it's an american reality show, cletus. they're designed to normalize your sad, angry life by making the participants cook 200 of 10 different things like they would in a working night and then only broadcasting the argument over the one that went wrong.
