what are the best bugs to eat and why?

how the fuck do i find a place that sells me edible insects online? i live in europe and looking to get into entomophagy, lots of places but they all look overpriced and unvetted

how do i get the sweet toasted southeast asia produce that they all know and love?

I raise my own mealworms to eat and it's preetty cheap and easy to do so yourself. You can just go to a pet store and buy some live mealworms intended to feed lizards and use those to start your colony.
