In Argentina it's always a great deal to go to the Chinese stores - they seem to be absolutely clueless about wine, so sometimes they price them very cheap.

I got this 2014 red blend for $10 dollars.
Absolutely recommendable.

Seems to be the export variety so check it out in your local stores.

The Chinese are clueless about wine pricing and varieties, like I said a 2014 Catena Zapata for $10 dollars was a steal.
