/ck/ what are some strongly flavoured cuts of beef?
I want to make a beefier tasting burger.
What in god's name are you typing about.
Ok I'll help you
The only way to make a burger taste beefier is this
Mix it with beef flavor powder, the kind you use for soup , let it marinate and infuse with that shit

Hanger steak would work. Brisket too, but brisket isn't for playing around with.
things like soy sauce, worcestershire, kombu or miso can make beef seem beefier too
Beef cheek
Grass fed beef is much more flavorful imo
Beef marrow has an exceptionally beefy flavour so just get the leanest mince you can find and add enough marrow to it to get to roughly 80% leanness and form burgers as normal.
Marrow is 84% fat, so mixing it with 95% lean mince 1:4 will yield a 79%ish lean mixture IE, you'll want 100g of marrow and 400g of 95% lean beef mince.
Alternately, cheat. Add beef stock powder to regular 80% lean beef mince instead of stock and form burgers as usual. Or do both for super beefy burgers.
Hope this helps.

I might have to try that. What's marrow texture like? Would it make the burgers sticky or gloopy?
A blend of oxtail, brisket and sirloin.
6oz/5oz/12oz ratio.

Raw marrow itself is both sticky and greasy. You scoop it out of the bone and, as you chop it, it will stick to the knife. Kinda like fudge, now that I think of it.
Some people making marrow burgers prefer to use fattier mince, 85% lean as opposed to my 95%, and use less marrow in the process to get to around 80% lean because chopping that much marrow can be very, very messy (you can use a mincer because marrow will gum it up and it will turn into slime in a processor).
If you do it this way, the ratio should be about 1:13. If you use US customary measurements, that yields about 400g total of mince+marrow (1 oz marrow + 13 oz mince), enough for four burgers.

>can't support marrow
Not to be a dick, but how flyover can you be? Marrow burgers were the big meme back in 2010 or so. Look it up: it's old news.

>you can use a mincer
Err... I meant you CAN'T use a mincer.
