Anyone grill a spatchcock duck? I was thinking about doing a test run on a grill with chicken but I was wondering if cooking duck on a grill in that way was realistic

Also I googled it but all I got were forum posts that wanted me to download android apps when I've got an iPhone - and I trust you more /ck/

Brine the duck first, start skin side down over very low heat. You want the excess fat to cook off. Watch for flare-ups.
