I switched to exclusively unsweetened (or very lightly sweetened with honey) cold brew tea. I just throw a few bags into a pitcher before I go to bed and I've got delicious tea for the next day. Sometimes I put in a teaspoon of honey or honey granules just to spice things up.

I bought a case of a korean type of these at a korean grocer near me recently. 60 calories each, maybe one a day. Cane sugar. If it's not these, I at least have some carbonated water. Fuck, this tea is so good though.

Used to drink lots of soda. Then upgraded to alcohol. Only an underage would complain about soda drinking.
