Peanut butter

This shit is disgusting. No wonder only americans eat it.

Peanut butter is extremely calorie dense (small packets of it are used to prevent people from starving to death), so while you could theoretically use it as your only source of food, you would most likely end up overeating it. I also think that you would be nutritionally deficient, but I'm not sure about that since I don't feel like going and doing research for you.

-mix em together

you got sweet peanut butter and it's good.
