Checked. I know how to use them myself, but I know a few adults who don't. I guess they didn't grow up eating much Chinese or Japanese stuff. Really changed the way I saw one of my friends when I found out he doesn't know how to use chopsticks.

At one of my old jobs I used to work with a bunch of Asians, one of them bought everyone in the factory a set of chop sticks each. Funny thing was that she didn't even know how to use chop sticks, we sat around the lunch room with a bunch of white people teaching an Asian that just gave us chop sticks how to use chop sticks.
