Trying to eat healthier, but your baked chicken is kinda bland? Spread stone-ground mustard all over it.
>>

Just drink your own piss. its free and you will never run out

Mustard works pretty great as an adhereant for breadcrumbs on fried chicken.

>>9094334
what is google images ret*rd
>>

Nothing about Cocoa is natural, processing Cocoa into the form that you recognize it is a chemical ridden industrial process
>>

If you like that you should try:
Matcha+yogurt (vanilla if you need sweetness) + berries
or
Yogurt+peanut butter powder+ banana
>>
>>9094264
why would you ruin perfectly delicious greek yogurt like that, you fucking fat piece of shit?
>>
>>9094688
>so fat that he can't even read the labels that say "unsweetened" and "stevia"
>>
>>9094506
Only dutch processed cocoa powder is. Natural cocoa powder is just fermented, roasted and ground cocoa beans with no further interference. Natural is far more common than dutched.
>>
>>9094697
>>so fat he needs yoghurt to taste of chocolate in order to enjoy it
>>
>>9095919
it's ironic isn't it

that's why I stick to the binge/starvation cycle
>>

You can make your own salted butter at home by taking unsalted butter and adding salt.
>>
>>9094264
By mixing 1/2 cup peanut butter with a cup or so of
>mashed banana
>applesauce
>pumpkin puree
or anything similar to those, you can make it more spreadable, decrease net calories per serving and give it more flavor all in one go. I have peanut butter sandwiches several times a week so I love experimenting with this idea and adding more nutrition.
>>
add some aspartame and vanilla extract. That's what I do.
>>
Mix 1 part whole milk and 1 part water to make skim milk substitute.
