I actually bought these before to see how they tasted and they weren't bad. The meat wasn't very high quality but the bbq sauce was nice.

What are you going to do with the other 2 riblets?

ive got some short ribs marinating right now, planning to let them sit overnight and take em out in the morning to slow cook them for a lunch with my family.
Its 5:52pm in italy right now so I'm looking forward to all the great flavours in the meat! it's my first time cooking ribs, how do the box ribs compare to what im doing?
