the chart is flawed, there is nobody who would claim a chicken wrap or a pop tart is a sandwich but a traditional meat and bread is not a sandwich

also some people assert the defining characteristic of a sandwich is the ability to separate it in to two halves, which the chart does not reflect at all (would obivously exclude a hot dog, taco, waffle)
