Why does my puff pastry always stick to the tray when i bake it? I made sausage rolls today and they were all stuck to the tray. I used frozen puff pastry i waited let them thaw out for 5 ish ours. I buttered the tray very liberally but they still stuck. Baked at 180 for 45 mins.
