Why is this the best condiment.
Why is not everywhere.
Why did it take me moving to Chicago to discover it.
Why are you not putting it on everything you eat.

explain what this to people unfamiliar with it. Do I dump a small portion of it onto my HOT DOG? or do I pick out the peppers/carrots with a fork?
The jarred stuff is not comparable to freshly made. The jarred shit can't replicate the texture

I will be making my own now. I just didn't know it existed until I moved here around 3 moths ago. Now I can't stop eating it.

It's a medley of pickled vegetables. I've tried a few different kinds, and most seem to keep consistent with the veggies being carrots, cauliflower, olives, pimentos, and peppers.
You can put as much as you want on anything. I've been making breakfast every morning with. Everything bagel toasted, a fried egg with Havarti cheese, mayo, and giardiniera. It's heavenly.
