What are the best prepared foods you can get at Safeway?

i like their Chicken Caesar Salad from the deli, also the Asian Chicken Salad when they have it. Everything else is shit.

Any opinions re: wings?

probably stoufers. safeway tends to stock very shitty brands of frozen foods. like their "tai pei" chinese food cups. theyre horrid.

Worked at Safeway for a few months in the bakery. Shitshow.

The chicken used for the wings has been frozen for months and the fryers are not always clean. A few of the doughnut fryers NEVER had the oil changed out so the same may go for the deli fryer.

Go for the rotisserie chicken great value actually and usually pretty good. The cole slaws, potato and macaroni salads will always meet low expectations.
