Don't get fat OP.

Such a great message. "Don't get fat but don't you dare stop eating!"
>>
>>9085104
This is misleading because it doesn't account for how different foods react with the body. Cheese and oil are calorically dense, but they also don't raise insulin - which stops fat burning - versus potatoes, rice and beans cause a big rise in insulin, followed by a large drop leaving the potato eater famished for more. Fruit is loaded with sugar, and should be eaten in moderation for that reason as well.
>>
>>9085087
At least models can stop killing themselves with cotton balls if these things are real.
>>
>>9085087
ey I eat paper already. Never though about adding flavor. Hmm
>>
>>9085094
they are probably all savory as fuck, tons of msg
>>
>>9085087
At that point why wouldn't you just eat a bag of lettuce?
>>
>>9085311
lettuce destroys the environment
>>
>>9085087
Wouldn't this shitcause you to eat more becasue your brain thinks you have eaten stuff but you actually haven't so it behaves as if youwould have eaten stuff which empties your stuff reserves?
>>
>>9085344
I don't know what you just said but I'm pretty sure that if you're at the point where you're eating paper in an effort to lose weight, maybe your stuff reserves can do with some emptying.

>>
>>9085144

Anyone with even the barest knowledge of nutrition can tell that you have no idea what you're talking about. Please stop talking about things you don't understand.
>>
>>9085586
I'd like to see you prove him wrong instead of trying to shut him up.
>>
>>9085144
Kinda like this but completely opposite
>>
>>9085144
the fiber from the fruit and veg would slow down digestion and keep you feeling fuller
>>
If you're going to do something like this you might as well just eat dehydrated kale. It's unironically a great snack with some salt, and it fills the niche of "guiltess snack" without the need to eat garbage like OP's picture.
>>
>>9085729
Plus fruit doesn't spike your insulin because the fiber means that the sugar is being digested slower. So instead of a burst of energy with a sudden fall at the end like table sugar will give you, fruit provides steady longlasting and consistent energy.
>>
>>9085144
This is true
Human body is not a bomb calorimeter that perfectly builds x grams of fat for y calories taken in, stupid CICOlets
>>
>>9085104
So the suggestion here is to have a fat free diet. Seems reasonable to me.
>>
>>9085104
grill up a huge plate of veggies and eat them for dinner

be amazed when you're hungry again in an hour
>>
>>9085144
wow you have no idea what you are talking about and clearly you fell for the keto/paleo meme
>>

>>
>>9085538
That stuff is horrific.
>>
>>9085104
Does not account for satiation factors either.
>>
>>9085333
doesnt lettuce grow in water wtf
>>
>>9085770
Ate a whole wok of carrots, celery and zucchini with barely 10 grams of coconut oil, 200 grams of tofu and a few slices of cheese; it was 8 hours ago and I'm still >not< hungry, actually I think I'll wait with my breakfast until lunch time (it's midnight actually). Did I do something wrong anon?
>>
>>9086378
>tofu
there it is
>>
>that'll be 10 bucks a packet
>>
>>9085104
Except I'm shitting out all those veggies 2 hours after eating them
>>
it's the japanese porn star diet from 30 rock
>>
>>9085538
>sugar free
>fat free
what the fuck is it, then? Water and protein?
>>
>>9085104
Pretty much, just learn to fucking eat
>>
>>9086378
>and a few slices of cheese

>cheese on veggie tofu stirfry
What the fuck?
>>
>>9085553
>Salt is not a chemical
EVERYTHING which is super atomic and composed of ordinary matter is a chemical or combination of chemicals you fucking red wine guzzling, valium popping, SUV driving, fat fuck.

Don't you have a fucking boxercise class to get to ?

Don't ever fucking post on my board again
>>
>>9090208
Oh stop. You know damn well what he meant.
>>
>>9088774
water, fiber, salt, colors, thickeners

somehow it's made with vegetable fiber and it has 0 grams of fiber per serving
>>9085546
>>
>>9089229
I ate them aside
>>
>>9085133
A better message is "Have some self respect and treat your body right you fat fuck"
>>
>>9090208
Salt: The Post
>>
>>9085751
This. That's also why eating whole fruit is healthier than just drinking juice, which is still nutritious but also a glorified shot of fructose.

That's why I don't like people who avoid soft drinks like the plague but try to consume their daily intake of fruits and vegetables completely through a straw. The shortest path is not necessarily the best one to take.
>>
>>9085538
Imagine how many soccer moms and borderline anorexics buy this. Because you know they're the only ones that do.
>>
>>9085104
This is true but you shouldn't take this to mean that you should cut out fat from your diet. Instead fat should be part of your diet rather than a centerpiece. For starchy meals a bit of fat is actually healthier.

Your diet should be based around complex and simple starches with acid and oil to lower the GI and increase nutrient availability. With fruits and vegetables being your secondary foods. And proteins from lean sources rounding it off.
>>
>>9090343
So was I.
I'll never be able to eat anything pasty again without being reminded of it.
I want to fucking die.

I mean they have us buying bottled water so this really doesn't surprise me.
>>
>>9085104
So if i compromise and only eat rice beans and potatoes i won't get fat?
>>
>>9090232
>You know damn well what he meant.
Yeah: "I'm a fucking idiot."
>>
Is this actual paper or just wafers?
>>
>>9090250
Less than 1g I guess.
Caramel and sucralose have calories, but with the "serving size" trick, they can say there are no calories.
Nutrition facts are over 100g of strained product in Europe. They sometime add a serving size information, but it's fairly stupid to say chips are "healthy" if there are 250 serving of 1 single chip per bag and rounding numbers down.
>>
>>9085759
Not fat free. Just fats from whole plant foods, that come with a lot of nutrients and fiber. Like seeds and nuts. A quarter cup chia seeds *may* supply all the ALA one needs, half the recommended minimum daily calcium, and expands to about two cups. I put it in a blender with frozen bananas and cocoa and stuff.

>calories is relevant meme
if you eat 3 spoonfull of oil at once, you are already capping your liver ability to digest it and will shit out most of it in a greasy, floaty bowel movement
Sugar, however, is nearly always digested at 100%
and fibers are "high in calories" (because calories is the result of measuring heat when burning), but aren't digested at all.
So don't be a retard, stop counting calories.
