That is the closest you will get to the deep fried first cook.
Microwaves are worst.
Best way, in my opinion, is to preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (do conversions yourself if you wish for Celcius), and bake in a deep pan, suspended with a cookie rack inside, so it will not sit in its own grease, for 10 minutes

I've actually found a nu-wave oven works better than a skillet. With a skillet the pizza seems a bit overdone on the crust. The nu-wave reheats it in about 5 minutes. Any good countertop convection oven should work well too.
