I fucking hate steak and shake. Can someone explain something to me? Do You have to ask for veggies or do the burgers come the way they look on the menu?
I ordered whatever the double deluxe steak burger is, in the pic its got all the veggies lettuce tomato etc. They make it, I look in the bag and its just cheese and beef. Go back in, explain to them I wanted a number whatever not a double cheese burger they make it again, fucking comes out with no veggies again.
I say to the dumbfuck working "you guys keep forgetting to put veggies on my number _" she says "ohhhh you gotta ask for veggies".
I say "why does it come with veggies on the picture on the menu then?" her response ".... you gotta ask". Ok fuck steak and shake. Dont fucking put lettuce in the pics if it doesnt come on the fucking burger automatically.

Why the fuck does it come with all the veggies in the god damned picture? I've never heard of a more retarded system in my life. The people working there were complete deadbeats. This was in Clearwater, FL. Not to mention a fucking hour later when they finally got the order right they didnt make me new fries so they were dead cold and the fucking fries were filled up only half way. Super rude service too. I'll never go back to steak and shake.
