My go to breakfast for at least three years now. has been a packet of Belvita breakfast biscuits.
On occasion I'll mix oats with almond milk and Ovaltine for cold overnight oats.
I have no motivation to cook or eat in the morning, but I'm underweight and I need to start eating better, starting in the morning. What's your go to breakfast and what other stuff can I make ahead of time to just pop in my mouth in the morning?

Make bacon ahead of time, oats, yogurt, breakfast sandwich --like Canadian bacon, egg, cheese, on a biscuit ( just freeze em) also breakfast tacos eggs sausage etc.
I usually eat toast, an egg sandwich, or scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Usually have a glass of milk with it.
I also like toast with peanutbutter spread on it with slice bananas on top and other fruit on the side
You're missing out on the best meal of the day, oatmeal and scrambled eggs are both fucking delicious. However, if you're too lazy to spend even five minutes cooking, you can always stir lemon curd or something through full fat greek yogurt and thin it out with a little milk before topping with fruit and granola.

Pretty much came out looking like the picture on the site, made 12 large + 3 small muffins. They're not bad. They aren't corner bakery good, but that's OK because they're also not loaded with sugar or bullshit. Would make again considering the ease, time spent, and cost. Bonus: no eggs, dairy, or gluten, so could pot luck it with those who have sensitivities.
Looking forward to having a couple cold tomorrow.
